Not a great experience

Stayed there for 2 nights and honestly, it was a letdown. The room door didn't lock properly after a while, which freaked me out. Plus, the breakfast was super basic – just dry cereal and waffles. No real options, which wasn’t cool. The staff didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously either.

Friendly staff made check-in easy. rooms need better cleaning and upkeep.

We loved the proximity to attractions like the Buffalo Zoo and Darien Lake Theme Park, which made it easy for our family to have fun. The convenience to restaurants around was a plus for us too, as we enjoyed dining out with everyone.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness needs major improvement. The carpets were damp, and the bathroom facilities were subpar. It would be great if the hotel focused on better maintenance for families with children.

I had a really great experience with the Park and Fly service, and the quick shuttle made it so easy! The breakfast before my flight was also a perfect touch. The clean, spacious room was just what I needed.

I appreciated the stable shuttle service to the airport, making my travels a lot easier. My King Room was decent, and I enjoyed the comfortable beds after a long day. However, the overall decor felt outdated and the cleanliness could use some improvement, especially in the common areas.

This place was an excellent fit for a transient stop in Cheektowaga with fantastic value. The breakfast was better than average, with eggs, sausage, and a waffle maker. For better comfort, ask for a room away from the elevator to avoid noise.

I stayed in a clean King Room and loved the quick shuttle to the airport. Free parking was a huge plus!

Great place for the price

The King room was well-appointed with air conditioning, a microwave, and a tea/coffee maker. Check-in was quick, and I loved the fitness center. Breakfast had eggs and sausage, which was better than just bagels. The early breakfast options really helped with my early plans.
